Fiorentina are launching a bid for Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar.
Sport Italia says Fiorentina are willing to offer £6 million for the Croatia international.
The Florence club are also confident covering Kranjcar's personal demands, with the release of Adrian Mutu and Mario Alberto Santana freeing up funds.
Any move away from Tottenham for Kranjcar will be dependent on Luka Modric's future at White Hart Lane.
