Fiorentina director Joe Barone says coach Vincenzo Italiano has the board's full support.
Barone was speaking before victory over Hellas Verona on Monday.
“Italiano is our coach and we have the utmost faith in him," Barone told DAZN.
“We work every day to emerge from this situation in Serie A and to get accustomed to playing every few days, seeing as we are in three competitions.
“The results in the Coppa Italia and in Europe have been positive, but in Serie A we need to improve, because we cannot keep being this double-faced team."
