Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella was delighted with victory over Atalanta.

Alberto Aquilani scored twice in the absence of Stevan Jovetic.

"We proved that we can do without Jovetic, although obviously I prefer to have him at my disposal because he is a crucially important player," said Montella.

"We already knew Alberto Aquilani's qualities and now he is scoring regularly too, so is an added bonus for the squad."
