Fiorentina sports chief Pantaleo Corvino admits they may battle to hang onto star pair Adrian Mutu and Sebastien Frey.

"The club's transfer policy is up to the directors and they are doing a good job," Prandelli told Sky Sport Italia. "But there are still decisions to be made.

"Mutu and Frey want to be playing with great champions so that they can succeed, but we can't overbalance the books.

"It is important that both the players have declared their desire to stay in Florence. Any Coach would want to have them in their side.

"However, there is still a big difference between the big and us four and we shouldn't deceive our fans on that.

"We just want to continue on this path and try and help our youngsters to grow."
