Fiorentina attacker Alessandro Diamanti is being linked with a return to the Premier League.

Diamanti had previous a spell with West Ham United and is now attracting fresh English interest.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Aston Villa and Watford are in contact with Diamanti's camp this week.

Diamanti's contract is owned by Guangzhou Evergrande and he is unlikely to return to China.

The Italy international is also wanted by Bologna.
