The agreement represents the FFA's first commercial radio deal.

Crocmedia will also establish a 'Football Nation' programme, which will feature live match calls to enable fans to connect through the sport, and will air on the Super Radio Network. The company will also benefit from big screen and LED signage rights at all Hyundai A-League and Westfield W-League games.

David Gallop, chief executive of the FFA, said: "Along with our Network Ten, Fox Sports and News Corp Australia partnerships, this Crocmedia deal will allow more fans to access more of our great game and that's a win for football. It's another vote of confidence in the growth of the game from the media industry."
