Italy U21 coach Ciro Ferrara has taken a swipe at former club Juventus.
He was sacked by the Bianconeri in February and they are now in joint second place under Gigi Del Neri's tenure.
"The statistics say Juventus have as many points now as they did at this time last season," said Ferrara.
"The Scudetto race is open, as Milan's six-point advantage can be whittled away in a couple of games.
"I believe that Napoli, Juve and Lazio are fully in the running for the Serie A title."
