Fernando is raring to go for Manchester City upon his return from injury.
Fernando has missed the first five matches of the current season but the midfielder has recently made a full recovery and was named on the bench during City's 2-1 defeat at the hands of West Ham United on Saturday.
The Brazilian has now gone on to reveal that he is feeling good upon his return and is determined to make an impact for City.
Fernando told the Manchester Evening News: "Now, I am 100 per cent well. I stopped for a while because I really needed to recover and that helped me a lot and now I just need to get back on track.
"As soon as the manager wishes to have me back, I'm carrying on doing my job, I feel I am prepared for that, so whenever he wants me on the pitch I will be there."
28-year-old former FC Porto star Fernando is expected to feature in City's third round Capital One Cup clash with Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Tuesday.
