Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho has heaped praise on manager Manuel Pellegrini after their title winning campaign. Fernandinho admits Pellegrini's calm approach was crucial in the season run in.
"Pellegrini is always calm, if you have problems he will try to resolve it," Fernandinho told City's end of season DVD. "That's the best way to do it. He did a very good job.
"When we lost to Liverpool and drew against Sunderland, he kept calm, kept believing. He told us we could still be champions.
"For me he's a special manager. He has the group in his hands - and the group play for him."
