The future at Valencia of midfielder Manuel Fernandes is in doubt following the appointment of new coach Ronald Koeman.

Fernandes fell out with Koeman when the pair were together at Benfica and has had fitness problems this season.

The former Everton man was outstanding, however, in last night's victory at Real Mallorca, but his future remains in doubt due with Koeman's arrival.
