Ferguson: Man Utd can make history at Chelsea

The Blues have not lost for 80 league games at home and Manchester United have not won there in the last five matches.

The Red Devils boss said: "It's true to say we have players who have met and dealt with big challenges.

"Life is full of challenges and we have always relished those challenges and accepted them. This is a very big game and the players we have here want - and need to play in - big games.

"Chelsea have an unbelievable home record and one they should be proud of.

"But somewhere along the line someone is going to beat them. Life is like that. And hopefully we can do that.

"We could achieve quite a lot in the next few days. The incentives are there and we have the players to do it."

Wayne Rooney says the players are relishing the idea of winning the title at the Blues. United also have an eye on Tuesday's Champions League semi-final, second-leg with Barcelona.

Rooney said: "Saturday is a big game but all the games coming up are huge for us.

"It would be nice to win the league at your rival's stadium but we need to go there and make sure we play well."
