Manchester United legend Sir Alex Ferguson believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is destined for success in management.
Ferguson was asked about the Molde coach at yesterday's book launch.
"He has done fantastically well, winning the title (with Molde) in his first season. The second season has been difficult but that happens. As a human being he is first class, he is stronger than people think, he has a stubborn mind, and his progress goes on and on. I think he will do well."
