Sir Alex Ferguson admits his success with Manchester United was due to his ruthlessness.
Ferguson's 26-year stint was laden with trophies as he turned United into the predominant force of England.
"I was paid to keep winning, that was my job, so I was ruthless. I'm not going to deny that," Ferguson told delegates at EY World Entrepreneur of the Year awards yesterday.
"You have to have a strong personality when you're leading people. And I've got a pretty strong personality."
