Rio Ferdinand is happy to be playing for Manchester United again.

Skippering the side on Nemanja Vidic's night off, Ferdinand played the full game in their Carling Cup win over Scunthorpe United.

"I'm just happy to be playing games now. I'm feeling good, getting sharper with every game so long may it continue," he said.
