Fenerbahce are moving for Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma.

A Spor says Zouma, who spent last season on-loan at Stoke City, is ready to leave Chelsea this summer.

And Fenerbahce have already made contact with both Chelsea and Zouma about a deal.

The final decision will be left to Maurizio Sarri, who is due to replace Antonio Conte as Blues manager in the coming days.

Zouma is expected to be allowed to leave with Chelsea now in advanced talks with Juventus for Daniele Rugani.
