Fenerbahce are in loan talks with Arsenal for Shkodran Mustafi.
Mustafi, 27, has struggled at the Emirates since his £35million move from Valencia in 2016.
Aksam says Fenerbahce will open discussions with Arsenal in the next week about taking the Germany international on loan for a season.
Arsenal would rather sell him on a permanent deal to raise further funds, with manager Unai Emery reportedly only having £40m to improve his squad as it stands.
Should Mustafi impress in Turkey, then the European giants would consider making the deal permanent.
