Fenerbahce are eyeing Liverpool misfit Alberto Aquilani.

The Mirror says Fenerbahce have looked at Aquilani previously, but never made an official bid to Liverpool to sign him.

The Istanbul club are considering Aquilani again as they look to strengthen their midfield following Emre Belozoglu's departure to Atletico Madrid.

After loaning the Italian out to Juventus and then AC Milan for the last two seasons, Liverpool would prefer to sell him.
