Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho was full of superlatives for Cesc Fabregas after his side progressed to the Capital One Cup semi-finals on Tuesday night.
The Spanish midfielder was the key to the Blues' 3-1 win over Derby County at iPro Stadium and his attitude since joining from Barcelona has really impressed his manager.
"He's playing so well for us and what I like especially - more than his quality - is the person," the Portuguese told Sky Sports.
"He's a professional. A big player like him, a world champion, coming here to play a Capital One Cup match and play the way he did - this is the kind of attitude I want from my players.
"All of them were very professional so I'm so, so happy with that, because sometimes people don't realise how difficult it is to play against Championship teams."
Eden Hazard, Filipe Luis and Andre Schurrle all found the back of the net for Chelsea while Craig Bryson gave Derby hope in the second half before Jake Buxton's questionable red card saw the Premier League side run away with it.
