Fabio da Silva is desperate to show Manchester United fans what he can do.
Fabio, a left-back, has seen twin brother Rafael shine already for United this season as he recovered from a shoulder injury.
"It is clear that when I started, I did not think I would be at Manchester United when I was just 18," said Fabio.
"That never comes into your head.
"You dream about it, but maybe it happens later, then suddenly, we are here."
Fabio also revealed he is enjoying playing at United and learning from the club's big names.
He said: "When people arrive they say about having the greatest respect for Sir Alex Ferguson but now he is like a friend.
"He jokes with us and gives me punches in the shoulder from time to time.
"Rio Ferdinand is a good person, I like him a lot.
"Everybody is nice. Ryan Giggs is an idol, Paul Scholes, is more to himself, but is still great, and I have a lot of respect for everybody here.
"People look at the players with a lot of respect, therefore they are historical for the club."
