Arsenal legend Ian Wright says Gary Neville should be added to England's coaching panel by the FA.
Former Manchester United fullback Neville announced his retirement last week.
Wright wrote in The Sun: "Football should be about hard work, about earning the right to that money, and - above all - about winning. That's why I have so much respect for Gary Neville.
"Too many players these days really don't care enough, and you only have to listen to his words to see the difference.
"He was saying while it was great to play 600-odd games, what's the point if you've nothing to show for it?
"Neville worked so hard to achieve all he did, and that's what players need to understand - not that it all drops in your lap.
"The FA should be trying to get Gary to go around youth teams and explain what it takes.
"Get him to talk about the hard work and dedication, rather than picking up a massive pay-cheque whether you've played or not.
"I know Gary is unlikely to fancy it, but what a benefit it would be to everyone."
