The Football Association will not take any action against Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger despite his attack on referee Lee Probert after the 2-1 defeat at Fulham. The Gunners boss was left fuming by the decision to dismiss defender Johan Djourou 12 minutes from time for a second bookable offence with Arsenal leading 1-0.
An FA spokesman said: "We have looked at the statements made and I can confirm we won't be taking the matter further." "The referee influenced the game in completely the wrong way, in my opinion," Wenger said after the match.
