Ex-West Brom coach Oldfield joins Burton Albion as Hasselbaink No2

David Oldfield has been named Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's No2 at Burton Albion.

The former Manchester City striker leaves his job at MK Dons as Head of Academy Coaching to move to Burton Albion. He had joined MK Dons from West Bromwich Albion.

"I'm looking forward to working with the players. Until now they have done really well and I'm looking to take them a step further," said Chelsea legend Hasselbaink.

"I'm also delighted with our training facilities being at St George's Park - they are the best in the country, which was a plus on my decision."
