Juan Pablo Angel has confirmed that he has been traded to Chivas USA.
The 35-year old Colombian striker has been linked with a move away from LA Galaxy this summer with former national teammate Faryd Mondragon suggesting he was on his way to Philadelphia Union.
But this week there has been speculation that he was set to join Chivas and he confirmed the move with a post on his Twitter page.
"Hi everyone, today I had my first practice as a new member of Chivas USA! Felt really welcome," he posted.
Angel has joined the Goats after spending just over six months with the Galaxy following his move from New York Red Bulls in January.
