Juan Pablo Angel is set to complete his return to Colombian club Atletico Nacional.
The 37-year old striker kicked off his career with his homeland club back in 1993 and is now set to end his playing days in Medellin.
Juan Arango, producer of Mad About Futbol, posted on his Twitter account that Angel would soon be back at Nacional.
“CONFIRMED: Juan Pablo Ángel returns to Colombia to play with @nacionaloficial as confirmed by agent on Antena 2,” he wrote.
Angel had a stellar career in both England and the USA, spending about six years at Aston Villa prior to a brilliant spell with New York Red Bull before heading to LA Galaxy and ending his MLS playing days with Chivas USA at the end of last year.
