Former Swansea City striker Michu has signed for little UP Langreo.

Michu will play for Unión Popular de Langreo in the Asturian section (Group 2) of the Spanish third division (fourth tier of Spanish football).

The striker finally rescinded his contract with English Premier League club, Swansea City.

The 29 year old forward has been training with the club since pre-season but can now play in competitive games for the Asturian outfit as of January 4 when the winter transfer window officially opens.
