The former Tottenham Hotspur performance director is heading for a new job at Leeds United.

Greater Steinsson, who is 41 years old, has decided to take on the role at the Championship club.

The Icelander was impressive at Spurs and highly rated for his work with the North London club.

However, The Mail states that he has secured a spot with Leeds as they plot a route back into the Premier League.

The Elland Road club were relegated to the Championship last season after a miserable campaign.
