Former AS Roma defender Christian Panucci admits he's a big fan of Lorenzo Pellegrini.

Panucci says Pellegrini has world class potential.

He told Sky Italia: “He's a great player who knows what it means to win, what it means to train to win.

“He can help several of Roma's young players. He's a good signing.

“[Pellegrini] is a proper player, he sees the game before anyone else. He's a player with world-class potential.

“I like him very much, he has great character."
