Former Napoli captain Marek Hamsik has sung the praises of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Hamsik spent 12 years with Napoli before leaving in 2019.

“I miss everything about Napoli. It's a mixture of beautiful things: the people, the sea, the food…. Some new players, during the first days, were scared of the city, only to fall in love with it," he told DAZN.

“The team is doing excellent things. They started well like last year, but this time I see them more convinced.

“Khvicha Kvaratskhelia? I must admit, I hardly knew him myself at first, but he actually has extraordinary numbers."
