Ex-Man Utd keeper De Gea ponders retirement

Manchester United legend David De Gea is facing a shocking decision in the coming weeks and months.

The Spanish goalkeeper, who has been a free agent since leaving United in the summer, has not yet found a new club.

Per The Guardian, De Gea could retire from football if he does not receive a suitable offer soon.

The veteran does not want to play in Saudi Arabia, as he has a young family to think about.

He would prefer to stay in Spain, but is open to any top European team at this stage.

Many United fans and, according to the British press, some players are unhappy at how De Gea was treated by the club in the summer.
