Former Manchester United captain Steve Bruce is expected to be named Hull City manager today.

Bruce is hugely experienced and has previously been in charge at Sunderland, Sheffield United, Huddersfield, Wigan Athletic, Crystal Palace and Birmingham City.

Now it seems certain he will jet back from his holiday retreat in Portugal to be officially unveiled at the KC Stadium before the weekend, says The Sun.
