FC Copenhagen goalkeeper Kamil Grabara enjoyed mocking Mat Ryan after the Australia keeper's error in defeat to Argentina.
Ryan, formerly of Brighton, was pushing to leave Copenhagen before the World Cup, declaring he felt Grabara was favoured unfairly in selection.
He said, "I feel hard hit by not playing at the moment compared to what I have shown since I joined the club. I kind of feel that these are political reasons that make me not play."
After his howler last night, ex-Liverpool keeper Grabara responded with a mocking social media post.
"It must have been politics. Surely...," he wrote.
