Former Leeds United manager David O'Leary says Javi Gracia should not have been sacked at this stage of the season.
Gracia was axed yesterday and replaced by Sam Allardyce with four games left in Leeds' Premier League season.
O'Leary told talkSPORT: "I think when you start doing things like this with four games to go it's desperate really.
"When you make that change with four games to go, like you've seen at other clubs, you've got to get it right.
"With four games to go because of the mess they're in, it's desperate really. Who knows what can happen."
