Former Brescia and Lazio midfielder Roberto Baronio could soon find himself playing in North America's MLS.
The 33-year old Italian, who has also played with the likes of Fiorentina and Udinese, told itasportpress.it that he has indeed received an offer from the Galaxy and could be playing alongside David Beckham in the USA of the former Manchester United star decides to stay on.
"I hope to return soon to the field, although many Italian clubs think more to prune the rose at this time (release players)," he said.
"It's hard to find free agents a team in this difficult time. I received a proposal from the MLS, in particular by the Los Angeles Galaxy. We're talking about, and it is likely that in January (the move) might result. It would be aninteresting project to sign there."
