Former Portugal midfielder Sergio Conceicao has announced his retirement.
Currently with PAOK Salonika, Conceicao spent an extended period of his career in Italy playing for Lazio, Parma and Inter Milan.
The 35 year-old will hang up his boots to become sporting director at PAOK.
