Former Juventus GM Luciano Moggi has scoffed at Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri crying poor.

Sarri has complained Napoli will never be capable of competing with the likes of Juventus and Inter Milan in the transfer market.

But Moggi scoffed: "The problem is that Sarri does not even know how to create a club's fortune: he talks about budget, he says they're not as rich as Juventus, without knowing what he says.

"Juventus has never needed the shareholder, since I've know them, even in the period I was in. Because you win the championships, you win the Italian Cup, you go to the Champions League final.

"Does Sarri know how much you take in from the Champions League final? Did he ever get there? This year he was eliminated from the Italian Cup, the European Cup, the UEFA Cup and soon they could finish second in the league."
