Former Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti says the derby would give him sleepless nights.

Inter meet AC Milan this weekend.

“In all honesty, the Derby is the game that gives you the most sleepless nights, as you think of everything that could happen," former President Moratti told Inter Channel.

“It's a fixture you suffer through, also as this season it's played too early to get away with it going badly. There are many new faces at Inter and we have to confirm the strong start.

“Mancini and Mihajlovic are two friends. Sinisa is an intelligent man who had the quality of learning, so with affection, I say he garnered something from Mancini during their time working together."
