Former Inter Milan defender Daniele Adani believes Romelu Lukaku 'betrayed' his old Nerazzurri teammates.

Lukaku returns to Inter later today with Roma for the first time since leaving his former club at the end of last season.

Adani believes the comments of Lukaku's former teammates about the situation says everything about the split.

"Many times you have problems and differences of opinion with the coach and the club, but in this case the testimonies are from teammates," said Adani.

"Lautaro finished with him, he no longer responded to anyone. It seemed to me like a human betrayal towards his teammates."
