Former Chelsea boss Graham Potter has rejected an approach from the Swedish FF.
Potter was high on the SvFF shortlist to replace Janne Andersson after their Euro qualifying failure.
But Sportbladet says Potter, who was a great success with Östersunds FK, has turned down their approach.
Potter has been clear to SvFF that he is not finished as a club coach. He is now written off.
Instead, Norwegian Per-Mathias Högmo is one of the candidates that SvFF is considering. Hogmo is currently coach of BK Hacken.
