Former Chelsea and Everton manager Frank Lampard is ready to jump back into management.

Lampard's last job was as caretaker manager at Chelsea last season.

"It is an intense job, so when you are out of it, I value the time with all my children - especially my young children and spend more time with them," he told talkSPORT.

"Hopefully something will come up that feels right for me, I'm eager to start working again, but as I said I'm enjoying family life.

"But I have enjoyed all the clubs that I have worked with. They have all been big challenges for different reasons.

"I enjoy trying to work with players, improve players, improve teams, so let's see what comes."
