Ex-Chelsea boss Conte rejects Boca Juniors in Man Utd hope

Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has turned down an approach from Boca Juniors.

The Sunday Express says the Italian fancies the opportunity to become Jose Mourinho's permanent replacement at Manchester United.

And it is claimed he has rejected the chance to become Boca Juniors' new boss in a bid to remain available.

Conte has been splitting his time between England and Italy since his departure from Chelsea.

He reportedly expects to return to work next summer in preparation for the following campaign.

The key to landing the job could be his relationship with Manchester United's record signing Paul Pogba.

Conte nurtured Pogba's talents at Juventus following the Frenchman's switch from United in 2012.
