Portuguese manager Domingos Paciencia is reportedly interested in the vacant Aston Villa role.
The former Braga boss, who was sacked by Sporting Lisbon in February, has emerged as a potential candidate to fill Alex McLeish's void at Villa Park after stating his attraction to the post.
But although Paciencia is keen, it is believed he is way down the West Midlands clubs wishlist which is still topped by Molde boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with Wigan Athletic's Roberto Martinez and Norwich City's Paul Lambert also favoured.
