Former Inter Milan and Sheffield Wednesday star Benito Carbone has taken his first steps into management.
The ex-Bradford City striker has been appointed coach of Pavia, which compete in the Lega Pro Prima Divisione.
Carbone takes over from Gianluca Andrissi and took his first training session yesterday.
The former striker had been coaching the club's youth team.
