Former Barcelona defender Edmilson can see similarities between Philippe Coutinho and Andres Iniesta.

Edmilson played with Iniesta at Barca, while he has worked with Coutinho as Brazil assistant coach.

He stated: "Coutinho similar to Iniesta? He's the same profile.

"Coutinho too is a very professional player, very quiet. I have been three times in the Selecao with him and he is a bit like Andres. He is a quiet player, who does not need to scream in the locker room to motivate himself.

"They are players who lead in their own way. When they enter the field, they are heard."
