Former Arsenal star Paul Davis says Arsene Wenger needs to find a quality No2.
Davis feels Wenger should shake-up his coaching staff.
He told talkSPORT: "He's given us some of the most fantastic football. I go there every week and watch them.
"Anyone that is moaning at it, I can understand the lack of winning trophies, but the style of football and the entertainment value is right up there with the best.
"I wouldn't want to get rid of him or even consider that sort of stuff. He needs somebody alongside him that's going to challenge him and ask him some questions and make him think.
"I'm not sure if that's happening, where he is being challenged or questioned on the style of play.
"They say the best managers are the ones who know their weaknesses and bring someone in who can fill in those gaps."
