Former Arsenal coach Neil Banfield will be new manager Michael Beale's No2 at Rangers.

Banfield, 60, is a well-known name in the British game having spent more than 20 years with Arsenal overseeing some incredible talent in and out the door.

He's also highly thought of in Govan after former Rangers manager Steven Gerrard added him to his scouting department in 2018 before he was lured away to QPR a year later.

Beale has now brought Banfield with him from QPR to Ibrox.
