Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is confident Spanish football will bounce back.

He think they will be successful again because “they have a great technical base".

The FIFA director and former Arsenal manger explained his thoughts.

“Football is a technical sport. We have to keep developing technical quality. Spanish football is an example of collective intelligence.

“We speak of Messi whose main attribute is improvisation. I wouldn't leave up Spain's technical style for dead. In this tournament you need technical quality in different stages.
