Patrice Evra wants to become a Manchester United legend by helping the club surpass Liverpool's titles record.
The old Lancashire rivals both have 18 League crowns, but Evra revealed United never bask in their success for long.
"To play for Manchester United demands huge sacrifices," said Evra. "This is a club of hard workers.
"You are there to work hard, there are no glass jewels or paste trinkets here. At United you are carrying the weight of the club's history. You become a Red Devil when you have fully understood that.
"The mentality of this club is to hate defeat. In four years I have lost very few League games. To win three League titles was a real achievement. To win a fourth this season would make us legends."
