Everton captain Phil Neville has told teammates Liverpool are there for the taking next week.
Roy Hodgson's next game is the derby at Goodison on Sunday week. And Toffees skipper Neville admitted he had no sympathy for his side's biggest rivals.
Neville said: "As Everton skipper, I relish the fact they are below us. I don't think since I have ever been on Merseyside that has happened. It is something you would like to happen more often.
"It's about time we started putting pressure on them to finish above them.''
