Everton defender Phil Jagielka feels John Terry can still return to the England fold, despite the Chelsea player announcing his international retirement in September 2012. He is quoted in the Daily Star: "If JT feels that's what he wants to do, it's up to him. He's playing well for Chelsea at the moment, so anything's possible.
"Obviously it was his decision to leave in the first place and it can only be his decision to come back.
"The manager will know who he wants and who he doesn't want and a lot can happen even after the next two games.
"If you do get a chance to play, you'll want to play well and put down a marker.
"I don't think the scrap for starting positions starts quite yet. That will probably start towards the end of the season."
