Everton have rejected Manchester United's latest bid for Leighton Baines and Marouane Fellaini.
The Daily Star says Everton slammed a "derisory and insulting" joint offer of £28m for Belgium midfielder Fellaini and England left-back Baines earlier this month.
And boss Roberto Martinez told the pair to think again.
United's latest offer has been upped by £8m, but Goodison chiefs have told the Red Devils it is still short of their valuation of the pair.
